A package of sleek icons that can replace the originals for some of the Microsoft Office components for a better looking desktop. Hi everyone, I've recently had an issue with Office 2016 and I can't seem to find a fix for it. When someone tries to insert an online picture through Word, it goes to Bing search and the user can then search for what they want. However, once they have found a picture, if they then try to insert it, it brings up the following error: 'Sorry, we couldn't download the picture(s) you selected' This seems to be on all PC's. I have no other versions of Office installed, no group policies that would directly affect Office and Bing search works through browsers. Does anyone have any ideas of how I can fix this? We are having the same issue. Confirmed that the problem occurs in both the 2013 and 2016 suites. Tried in safe mode to no avail. Users are logged into the office products through Windows Authentication and it still throws the error if we log out of the application to try again. We also checked our filter and the request is passing through just fine. Looked into GPOs and didn't find much relating to IE or other associated security/content settings that may be causing the issue. So far it seems to be affecting our entire organization. This started happening on 2/1/2017. I have not checked Microsoft KBs yet. I am also encountering the same issues. I have run procmon and trawled through as many logs as i can to no avail. The only thing different in my case is that if i run the application as a domain admin account it works perfectly. Even in the user session and run as administrator, it works. There is an error that appears reguarly in my event logs about the microsoft internal database. I'm wondering if this just happens often enough to look like it correlated with my clicks in which case its a red herring. We have a number of group policies in place and ive ruled all of them out by disabling the policy for a particular test user. At a total loss on this one.
